The summer of 2024 was a time of long-awaited changes and happy news for the Luxtoday team! We have made our platform even more convenient and useful for both those who live in Luxembourg and those who are still thinking about moving.
The Luxtoday team has been actively working all summer on updates that will help every user solve many problems: from getting a driver's license to finding important information in their native language. All these changes have been made with our multilingual audience living in many different countries in mind. Here are some of the important developments that took place in the life of the platform this summer.
Driving test
One of the most exciting updates this summer is the launch of the online driving test. It is available in three languages - French, German and English! Taking a driving test can be a complicated process, so we tried to make this important step more convenient for our readers.
The test has two modes: the standard 20 questions and the endless mode where you can answer until you make the first mistake. Each question has comments and explanations of the correct answers. All questions are taken from the official SNCA website.
Multilingual versions of the website
This summer, we launched French and German versions of our platform. Now our content is available to even more readers, as France and Germany are Luxembourg's closest neighbors. They are also two of the three official languages of the Grand Duchy. Thanks to the new versions of Luxtoday, people from different countries can now read useful articles in three languages, choosing the one that is most convenient for them.
Feedback tool
Also this summer, we launched our new feedback tool. Now, if you notice an error or inaccuracy on the site, you can highlight it and send your comments directly to the editorial team. We receive your messages every day and make changes to our content immediately. Your feedback helps us improve and provide our readers with the most relevant and accurate information.
Upcoming Updates
The Luxtoday team doesn't stop with what they are doing. We are currently developing a useful service about the weather in Luxembourg. Thanks to it, our users will be able to get the most up-to-date data about weather changes in the country online. The service will be constantly updated and will show precipitation, temperature and other conditions in real time and by region of the Grand Duchy.
The team is also preparing a special quiz. It will help those who are just about to move to Luxembourg to understand how to do it quickly and easily. The quiz will consist of different questions and as you go through it, you will get different recommendations and tips.
