Serving as the party's supreme authority, the National Congress plays a pivotal role in shaping Fokus's political objectives and actions. Among its responsibilities are the approval and modification of party statutes, the election of national committee members, the selection of executive committee members, and the nomination of electoral candidates and campaign budgets. The Ordinary National Congress convenes annually and includes all party members.
