A new CNS branch has opened in Mersch
On 16 December 2024, the Minister of Health and Social Security, Martine Despres, took part in the official opening of the new branch of the Caisse nationale de santé (CNS) in Mersch. The event was attended by CNS president Christian Oberle, local government representatives Abby Toussaint and Henri Krier, and Audrey Hansen from the management of the Topaze shopping centre.
The branch, which opened to the public on 18 November 2024 in the Topaze shopping centre, serves an average of 120 people daily. The 229 m² space comprises 5 modern reception windows designed to meet the latest requirements for functionality and privacy.
Martin Despres noted the thoughtful design of the new branch, which creates optimal conditions for customer service:
- Complete privacy: improved acoustics and closed service areas.
- Modern standards of comfort: ergonomic furniture, efficient lighting, temperature control and ventilation system meet the highest requirements.
- New visual identity: the updated design emphasises the recognisable identity of CNS in all its branches.
The CNS branch in Mersch is part of the branch modernisation programme launched in 2020. The project aims to improve the quality of service and create more convenient conditions for customers.
