CFL (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer Luxembourgeois) has announced the development of a new mobile application that should make travelling easier, faster and more accessible for all categories of users. In order to take into account the real needs of passengers, the company is inviting volunteers to test the app before its official release and share their feedback.

Participants will be able to:

  • familiarise yourself with the functionality of the application before its release,
  • assess the usability and accessibility of the interface,
  • Make suggestions for improvements to routes, real-time notifications and ticketing.

The test lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and can be taken remotely (via Microsoft Teams) or face-to-face in the Clausen area.

You can participate from the age of 16 and up. Whether you use the CFL daily, occasionally or live outside Luxembourg, your opinion is important to improve the service throughout the Greater Region.

Everyone who completes the test session and provides feedback will be presented with a Letzshop gift voucher by CFL - as a thank you for their time and valuable feedback.
