Luxembourg events for 15-17 November

As part of the global TEDx programme, TEDxLuxembourgCity provides residents of the region with a unique opportunity to explore ideas and strengthen connections. The event combines local speakers and TEDTalks videos, and is organised to inspire participants to create a brighter future.

The National Library of Luxembourg (BnL) will present its services and collections at the annual Walfer Bicherdeeg book fair. Visitors will be able to visit the library's stand in Hall 2 of the Prince Henri Sports Complex. In addition, the BnL will participate in the presentation of the shortlist for the Lëtzebuerger Buchpräis 2024, a prestigious prize recognising outstanding books from Luxembourg. The event will be an opportunity for literature lovers to take a closer look at this year's best works.

This year, the Bibliothèque Nationale de Luxembourg (BnL) will take part in the Salon du CAL, where it will present a selection of works from its phonographic collection in a specially created "BnL Art Lounge" area. Admission to the exhibition is free of charge. Salon du CAL is held under the patronage of the Grand Duchess and is organised by the Cercle Artistique de Luxembourg, which aims to support and promote the arts and protect the country's artistic and cultural values.

The Luxembourg International Bazaar will take place from 15 to 17 November 2024 at Luxexpo The Box, Kirschberg. It is a charity event where more than 60 stands will present cuisine, crafts and traditions from all over the world. All funds raised will go to help local and international organisations.
