Luxembourg Space Week, which will take place from 2 to 5 December 2024, will be an important event for specialists, dreamers and visionaries. The four-day conference will bring together experts from various fields to discuss breakthrough technologies, the economic potential of space and the prospects for exploration beyond Earth.

On 3 December, the Newspace Europe conference focuses on the innovations that are bringing space closer. Miniaturisation of satellites, cheaper launches and new approaches to the use of space technology are changing familiar industries. Like smartphones that have transformed communication, space promises to revolutionise business, agriculture and science.

Moon Village Association: Road to the Moon

A Moon Village Association (MVA) workshop will be held on 2 and 3 December to promote international cooperation in lunar exploration. The main goal is a sustainable human presence on the Earth's satellite through collaboration between government agencies, the private sector and scientists.

ESA Space for Inspiration: Business and the Moon

The commercial space conference Space for Inspiration will bring together entrepreneurs, investors and scientists. Topics of discussion include the economics of Earth orbit and the Moon, as well as the future of space resources.

European Interstellar Symposium: Beyond the Solar System

Europe's first interstellar symposium will focus on ambitious projects including exoplanet research, space station construction and the ethical aspects of interstellar travel.

Unique events have been organised for everyone. On 2 December, Space Cafe will bring together renowned science fiction writers such as Matthias Matting and Joshua T. Calvert to discuss the impact of science fiction on technology. And on 3 December, MIT professor Sarah Seeger will share her experience in the search for extraterrestrial life and exoplanet exploration.

Luxembourg Space Week is a window to the future where collaboration, science and imagination turn dreams of the stars into reality.
